The Institute for the Law of the Sea and International Marine Environmental Law (ISRIM) has a Scientific Committe. The members of the Committee are advising ISRIM and supporting the ideas of the Institute. The members are:

    Prof. Attard is Director of the IMO International Maritime Law Institute (IMLI), Malta and Professor of International Law at the University of Malta. He is also Vice-President and Judge at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS), Hamburg.

  • Dr. Agustín Blanco-Bazán
    Dr. Blanco-Bazán is an international lawyer and consultant. He was Senior Deputy Director (retired), Legal Affairs, International Maritime Organization (IMO), London.

  • Björn S. Böker, MBA
    Mr. Böker is attorney-at-law and head of the office for company development at VDI Technologiezentrum GmbH, Düsseldorf.
